{"id":74425,"date":"2025-02-13T11:09:28","date_gmt":"2025-02-13T18:09:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/notiissa.mx\/?p=74425"},"modified":"2025-02-13T11:09:28","modified_gmt":"2025-02-13T18:09:28","slug":"presentan-iniciativa-para-proteger-los-derechos-del-no-nacido-en-chihuahua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/notiissa.mx\/?p=74425","title":{"rendered":"Presentan iniciativa para proteger los derechos del no nacido en Chihuahua"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Chihuahua.-<\/strong> El diputado por el Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN), Carlos Olson, present\u00f3 ante el Congreso del Estado la iniciativa de Ley de los Derechos de la Persona No Nacida, con el objetivo de garantizar la protecci\u00f3n del ser humano en gestaci\u00f3n y el bienestar de las mujeres embarazadas.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa establece acceso gratuito a salud prenatal, parto y postparto, acompa\u00f1amiento integral durante el embarazo y est\u00edmulos econ\u00f3micos en el \u00faltimo trimestre de gestaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n propone la creaci\u00f3n de Centros de Atenci\u00f3n a la Maternidad, campa\u00f1as de concientizaci\u00f3n sobre paternidad responsable y licencias de maternidad y paternidad en igualdad de condiciones.<\/p>\n<p>En 2022, se registraron 25,041 muertes fetales en M\u00e9xico, seg\u00fan el INEGI, lo que subraya la necesidad de fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n tanto para la madre como para el no nacido.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl derecho a la vida debe ser garantizado desde la concepci\u00f3n. Con esta iniciativa, buscamos brindar apoyo real a las mujeres embarazadas y proteger a los m\u00e1s vulnerables.
